How to wash a palette at home?

If you habitually wear a jacket, you know that this type of clothing requires special care, from folding to travelling, to the most troubling task: cleaning and maintenance.

The usual thing is that jackets are made of cold wool or wool, and if you look at the label the normal thing is to indicate that it should be dry cleaned. However, this type of cleaning eliminates the fabric's natural brightness. With some care you can clean your coat at home, remembering that this piece has many layers of interlinings, currently glued and should be treated with great care so they do not create bubbles. Take the guidelines from the commercial laundry.

You will need:

- Warm water
- Towels
- Soap pH less than 7
- Clothes brush
- Portable vaporizer

The best way to wash the palette is at hand:

As we said, dry cleaning, while indicated on the label, is a very aggressive process for the coat fabric. And the best way to ensure the quality of fabric and seams is by handwashing.

To start with washing, we will fill the sink with lukewarm (not hot) water.

Next, include detergent indicated for the wool of pH less than 7 and after mixing it well with water, immerse the jacket.

Stir the laundry thoroughly into the water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. After this time, remove the water from the sink and rinse the laundry with cold water.

Once the jacket has been rinsed and there is no detergent residue, place it on a clean and dry fabric surface. And wipe a clean towel by pressing on the jacket to eliminate excess moisture.

To continue the drying process, it is best to put the jacket on a coat hanger, stretch the fabric and let it dry in the open air.

Once your coat is clean and dry, brush across the entire piece. If you find yourself wrinkled throughout the entire cleaning process, wipe the wrinkles with a portable vaporizer.

Attention:

The garment factory worker adds the final touches to new coats.

Normally clean your jacket by hand unless it is really dirty. In that case, dry cleaning is the best option.
Try to wash the jacket and trousers of the jacket equally, because the wear will be noticeable.

If your coat is stained by any substance, do not let it linger too long. Use soda or simply soak the area with water and gently rub.
